COLORADO COLLEGE ANNOUNCES NEW TREASURER,
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE, ADMINISTRATION

Robert G. Moore has 13 years experience in Colorado higher education

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Nov. 5, 2008 – Colorado College announces the selection of Robert G. Moore as the new vice president of finance and administration/treasurer. Moore will assume the Colorado College vice presidency in January.

Moore’s experience as a financial executive includes 13 years of leadership in Colorado institutions of higher education and strong experience in budgeting, capital planning, human resources and debt strategy and management. He currently serves as vice president of budget and finance at the University of Colorado, a post he has held for three years.

 Previously he was vice president for finance and operations and treasurer at the Colorado School of Mines (1995-2005), deputy executive director for the Colorado Commission on Higher Education (1988-1995) and staff director for the Joint Budget Committee of the Colorado General Assembly (1977-1988).
